The Ontario Hockey Federation and Alliance Hockey are responsible to offer Gender Identity and Gender Expression training for all players and parents.

Hello Players and Families,

The Ontario Hockey Federation and Alliance Hockey are responsible to offer Gender Identity and Gender Expression training for all players and parents.  Last season coaches and administration staff received the training and this season the training will be offered to players and their parents.

Coronation Minor Hockey Association is very pleased to offer these training sessions for all members on the Hockey Canada Gender Identity and Expression Mandate on Saturday, November 17th  and Monday, November 19th in the Community Room at Coronation Arena.  Players and families are asked to attend the 30-minute learning session following their practice and participate in the training.  We have set up several presentations to ensure that everyone is given an opportunity to participate in the training:

November 17  8:15 am           Novice

                        10:15 am         Atom

                        11:15 am         PeeWee, Bantam, Midget

November 19  8:15 pm           Bantam, following the practice.

9:15 pm           Midget, following the game.

10:15 pm Midget, following the game.

Alliance Hockey requires us to submit an audit of players and parents who attend the presentation. You will be asked to sign in when you get to the presentation. Please ensure that you sign in.  A copy of the PowerPoint presentations and materials we will share with players and their families at these sessions is located at the following link for Novice and Atom: 2018_Pre_Season_Chat_Novice_and_Atom for Novice and Atom and here for Pee Wee, Bantam and Midget 2018_Pre_Season_Chat_Peewee_to_Midget.
