Annual General Meeting, Calendar (Coronation Minor Hockey)

We will be holding our Annual General Meeting on April 29^th at 7 PM, the location is TBA but we are trying to secure the Churchill Park Lawn Bowling Clubhouse. 

 

As usual, we will have a review of this season as well as two items that will need to have membership approval on. 

 

The first is the creation of 2 board positions, we are proposing the creation of Head of Discipline and VP of Fund Raising, so that both positions are elected and would have voting rights on the board. 

 

There is also a proposal for any suspension that is indefinite, the board will commit to providing supporting evidence within 48 hours of the investigation beginning. We had a few indefinite suspensions drag on this year and when possible we would like to make it a part of the rules of play that we commit to the 48 hour rule on this.

 

There are positions on the board that are open for election:

 

President 

VP at Large

VP of the Senior Divisions

VP of the Junior Divisions

As a note the positions of President and VP at Large require previous Exec level experience to be considered a valid nomination.
